Urgent Repairs
Legislation states that if an urgent repair is not carried out immediately by the landlord or agent (24 hours a day – 7 days a week), the tenant has the right to carry out such repairs up to the value of $1,800.00. It is therefore essential that your Managing Agent has the authority to carry out urgent repairs to the amount of $1,800.00, thus giving the agent control to ensure the quality and cost of the required repairs.
General Repairs
If the general repair / maintenance issue is reported, you will be advised accordingly and we would wait for your further instructions. It is in your best interest to rectify any maintenance issues to protect your investment.
