Regular inspections are an important part of our property management. They provide information as to the condition of the property, assist in determining new rent levels at rent reviews and alert us to any potential problems or expenses.
In addition they remind tenants that the agent has a continued interest in the condition of the property.
When an inspection has been completed, you will be advised in writing outlining the general condition of the property and any issues raised at the inspection.
