First National Latrobe completes this report electronically and includes digital photographs. This document is just as important as the lease agreement. A condition report establishes the condition of the property at the commencement of the tenancy and will be used as a comparison at the end of the tenancy to determine if the bond can be refunded. If there are any problems or discrepancies at the end of the tenancy the report and photos are used to assist with any uncertainties or as evidence in a tribunal hearing.
