Maintenance

Should you have a maintenance issue, please submit details about the issue in writing along with photos you may have, using; 

  • Your Tenant Portal 
  • Email: rentals@fnlatrobe.com.au
  • In person at our office: 19 Church Street, Traralgon

We will then contact your landlord for further instructions. We assure you of prompt action to all maintenance matters.

 

For emergency repairs outside of office hours, you MUST contact us on our after-hours emergency numbers 0423 670 443.

 

Please leave your name, property address, contact numbers and a brief description of the maintenance issue and a Property Manager will return your call promptly.

 

PLEASE NOTE: The legislation is specific about what constitutes an emergency repair and it's important that you know that should the issue not be deemed an emergency, you will be responsible for the account. An emergency repair is something that is likely to cause injury, undue inconvenience, or which makes the property unsafe or insecure.

 

Urgent repairs include:

  • burst water service
  • blocked or broken toilet system
  • serious roof leak
  • gas leak
  • dangerous electrical fault
  • flooding or serious flood damage
  • serious storm or fire damage
