If you application is approved, you will be required to sign the leases and pay the first months rent within 24 hours to secure your tenancy. The property will continue to be advertising until this payment has been received.
The bond is due the day your leases commences.
The bond must be paid by bank cheque or money order only and needs to be made out to Residential Tenancies Bond Authority (RTBA), and must be paid prior to collection of keys.
