3. We'll meet you on-site, at the property, at the appointed time.
Applications lodged without a prior viewing will not be processed.
Under the Residential Tenancy Act 1997, we are required to hold a completed application form for each person residing in a property of or over the age of 18
Extra documents required
• 3 character references (Names & contact details)
• Proof of Income (copies of payslips or centrelink statements)
• Photo ID (i.e driver's license, passport etc.)
