VIEWING PROPERTIES

Arranging inspections is easy! Simply go to our website and click the 'Book Inspection' button for that rental property. You can then enter your details and choose an appointment time that suits YOU.
PLEASE NOTE: You MUST register on our website or by contacting our office prior to the said day and time. If you do not register, the inspection may not be confirmed. By registering you will be automatically advised of any changes, updates or future inspections.
We recommend conducting an initial drive-by inspection to ensure the area suits your needs prior to inspecting the property.
Our Rental Inspections are conducted both mid-week and on a Saturday morning and are for 10 minutes only, please ensure you arrive on time to view the properties as Property Management staff cannot wait for late comers.

 

APPLICATION FORMS

Prospective tenants must view the property prior to completing an application form.  Rental Application forms are available from our property inspections or our office.
For your application to be accepted, all information must be completed and include 100 points of identification.
In the event that your application is unsuccessful for a property, we will hold your application for 4 weeks.  After this time all application forms are destroyed.
If you intend on applying for a bond loan from the Department of Housing, please advise our office and ensure you have allowed 10 working days for the bond to be received by our office.
Your employer and agent/landlord will be contacted to verify your employment and rental history.
All applications are subject to the owner’s approval.
Landlords are entitled to accept or decline all/any application presented without providing a reason.
